Mission
We provide quality orthodontics to children and adults in a clean, efficient and friendly atmosphere. Our highly trained and competent staff is dedicated to providing beautiful smiles and building high self-esteem.
Appointments
We do our best to see as many patients as possible after-school, however, with the majority of our patients being under the age of 18, it is not possible to see them all between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. We have expanded our before school hours to 7:30 a.m. on certain days but are still unable to accommodate all patients during non-school hours. Please understand that these policies are designed to prevent over-scheduling and unnecessary wait time for you.
Policies
- Broken appointments or cancellations will be rescheduled on an availability basis. We are typically unable to re-appoint immediately, so be advised that this typically results in an extension of the treatment time. Broken appointments are typically scheduled 5-6 weeks later.
- Construction of new braces, addition of remaining braces or replacement of broken braces will all be done between 9 a.m. and noon. Seeing these longer appointments during these times allows us to accommodate more patients before and after school.
- Please call ahead with any orthodontic emergency (loose braces, broken wires, etc.). We will get you in immediately or as soon as possible to eliminate the emergency. Broken wires will typically be replaced at that time. In most cases it will be necessary to reschedule an appointment to replace or rebond loose brackets or bands. The reconstruction of braces appointments are typically scheduled between 9-12.
- Please do your best to arrive on time. Late arrivals (15 minutes) may have to wait so as not to penalize those scheduled later who arrived on time. Patients arriving 30 minutes late will automatically be re-scheduled.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
